ADELAIDE WITHIN NIGHTCLIFF TO HUMPTY DOO AREA - 17 HOURS PER WEEK - CASUALThe OpportunityWe currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us within a high performing team as a Merchandiser /Sales Support Representative in Darwin and the surrounding areas.This is a casual position ideally working a minimum of 17 hours per week, with the requirement to flex up when needed depending on workload.
You will need to be available at least 2 days per week, must hold a valid driver's licence and must have access to a roadworthy vehicle.About the RoleTo establish at store level a visual presence through the building & maintenance of displays in line with identified trade standards and maintaining adequate stock cover.

When you join our team, you can expect to experience a real sense of belonging, be empowered with accountability, be recognised for your contribution, collaborate with great people.What your day looks like:Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities wherever possibleEnsure adequate stock is available on displays and that correct ticketing and POS in in place.Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete all in store tasks as requested through your i-CAP and via your Territory Manager.Assist the Territory Manager in achieving their business objectives and targets through selling, effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issuesStrict adherence to provided OH & S guidelinesIngredients for Success:Preferably Higher school certificatePrevious experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity, Problem Solving, Basic Selling SkillsTo ApplyIf this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.We value diversity in our workforce.
