**Your New Role**

A leading provider of managed services and business transformation operating within IT Security and Compliance are searching for a motivated and passionate Level 2 team member to join their business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day support and operations for clients ensuring premium service levels are maintained, systems are secured, and the client's compliance requirements are met
- System Administration of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD and Intune
- Liaise with vendors and third parties to arrange restorations and repairs of faulty equipment
- Undertake project work and assist with client security and compliance audits
- Onsite presence at client sites when required
- Provide end user training for new starters and system upgrades, as well as perform desktop and laptop builds

**Essential Skills**
- 2 years + experience troubleshooting support issues (MSP preferred)
- Strong exposure to Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, Intune)
- Windows Servers, Exchange, AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, RDS
- Ideally exposure to Routing/Firewalls, Switches

**About You**
- A desire and to up-skill and continuously learn all aspects of cloud, security, compliance and infrastructure technologies
- Possess a high level of initiative, ownership and accountability to follow all processes within the business
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
