**About the Role**
We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers — or those with a strong interest in the field — to join our team in Brisbane's northside. A background in supporting individuals with intellectual disability is highly regarded. We are looking to build new teams in the Burpengary, Redcliffe and Rothwell areas.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or other relevant qualifications are preferred, **but not essential.**:

- A strong passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disability and a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Experience in disability support is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement.
- **Availability of a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepover shifts.**:

- Possession of an open driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives.
- Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
- Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hour
