**Description**:
**About the Role**:
As a Part-Time Head of Finance at Advanta, you will play an important role in leading our finance team and providing essential support to our business operations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and delivering high-quality financial outputs. Additionally, you will provide valuable analysis and recommendations to drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Oversee operational finance functions including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage overseas payment processes.
Conduct cash flow forecasting and management.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards.
Lead month-end management activities including GL reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
Drive budget formation, management, and reporting processes.
Ensure timely statutory lodgements.
Manage company insurances effectively.
Provide mentorship and development opportunities to finance team members.
Offer valuable business insights, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Advanta Leadership team to execute strategic priorities and enable company growth.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Head of Finance/CFO/Finance Manager or similar roles.
Hold or be working towards CA, CPA, or equivalent accreditation.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with business software, with Exo experience being advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Highly motivated and dynamic lateral thinker, capable of driving innovative solutions.
