You're a hands-on individual who loves to work with a small team, and you have a fast-learning attitude. You're enthusiastic and have a strong sense of responsibility. You're physically fit to do manual handling, have a forklift and car driver's license, and have relevant experience within a similar role. Additionally, you have proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably, warehouse stock-take experience.

**As an Inwards Goods Storeperson at Criterion, you'll be responsible for**:

- Receipt of deliveries from distributor/supplier.
- Assist in unloading of shipments.
- Ensure the correct amount and standard of received goods.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, such as suppliers, sub-contractors, and logistics companies regarding shipping enquiries.
- Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data on paperwork and in ERP.
- Maintain accurate records of received inventory.
- Support with periodic stocktake
- Processes returns for any defective or incorrect items.
- Processes transfers for shipments moving on to another location.
- Participate in regular cycle count process.
- Feeding production with raw material requirements.
- Assist in restocking products during downtime.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate stock shortages and stock count inaccuracies to identify the cause and future avoidance.
- Coordinate regular and systematic cycle counts of inventory and make adjustments to ensure stock counts in the business system are accurate.
- Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.
- Drive inventory adjustment approval process within Business Central ERP.
- Record scrapped material accurately and ensure adherence to scrap recording processes.
- Ensure identified quality material issues are isolated and recorded.
- Oversee the move of replenishment stock to picking locations in consultation with the Inwards Goods Team Leader.
- Manage and record inventory held at off-site locations.
- Report on non-stock items sitting in the warehouse.
- Work and collaborate with the team to complete tasks and KPIs.
