Support survey delivery projects to prepare and deliver draft policy advice to stakeholders for this NSW Government Agency.

**Role**:

- Identify and lead analysis of issues as required
- Process and analyse small and large-scale survey data in a fast-paced outcomes-focused environment to in turn prepare and deliver draft policy advice to stakeholders.
- Develop plans for improved solutions and delivery of policies, processes, guidelines, tools and training
- Lead processing and analysing of small and large-scale survey data in a fast-paced outcomes-focused environment
- Lead development of various reports for multiple purposes including high level briefings and slide packs
- Lead supportive survey-related activities for major Government and departmental initiatives including maintaining project plans and coordinating resources

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of and experience with drafting and improving policy
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
