The roles focus on creating a safe environment for clients and customers across our sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a current security license eager to advance their careers.Your main responsibilities include:Providing exceptional customer serviceIdentifying, reporting, and recording risks during shiftsAssisting customers with inquiriesUtilising strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsUndertaking conflict resolution and de-escalation techniquesUnderstanding workplace protocols, including emergency proceduresConducting regular foot and vehicle patrols and CCTV monitoringMinimum criteria:At least 2 years of CCTV monitoring experienceCurrent Queensland Security LicenseCurrent Crowd Control LicenseCurrent Monitoring LicenseCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificatesCurrent Driver's LicenseFlexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 rosterHigh personal integrity and grooming standardsAbility to work at eventsStrong verbal and written communication skillsIncident management and reporting skillsCustomer service experienceBenefits include:Career development through our Vital Training ProgramSupport from our Operations TeamCompetitive industry-standard remunerationPerformance-based rewards and recognitionIncome protection insuranceApply today and join an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture where the best inspire the best.
