It is a favourite amongst business and leisure travelers with 103 stylish rooms conveniently located close to key attractions such as Roma Street Parklands, Queen Street Mall, North Quay and Brisbane City Hall.The George Williams Hotel is recruiting dynamic Room Attendants on a Casual basis to join our team located in Brisbane CBD.About the roleThe role of a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the George Williams Hotel.What will my time look like?
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facilityGood understanding of security measures and proceduresUndertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areasAbility to prioritise tasks to meet deadlinesIdentify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areasMaintain a high level of customer serviceSupport in-house laundry requirements as neededAm I a good match?
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industryUnderstanding of manual handling and chemical handling practicesCapable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environmentProven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experienceWilling and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirementsPaid Blue Card, or willingness to obtainHere's what on offer?
