**About the Team**:

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality meals for the team (breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon coffees).
- Plan and manage a rotating menu to keep things fresh and exciting.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.
- Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Foster a welcoming and positive café environment.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to align meals with team events and celebrations.

**What We Look For**:
**Experience**:

- Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or café operations.
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to plan and execute a variety of meals for a diverse team.
- Barista experience.
