About the Role :Our client, Samsung Electronics, a well-known and highly respected global brand in the electronics industry, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until April 2026.
This position will be based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office and requires the successful candidate to work in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home.Duties and Responsibilities :Collections on due and overdue invoices to meet the monthly collection target.Forecast 30 days cash collection to meet the finance team's requirements.Manage the reconciliation process on customer accounts with BPO and ensure the A( account ) B( balance ) C( confirmation ) process is followed as per policy.Manage the master data of customer accounts and issue instructions for BPO to update master data.Monitor credit limit usage and collaborate with credit analysts, sales teams, and customers to ensure proper limits are in place to support revenue.Handle customer claims queries, manage, follow up, and process outstanding claims to reduce ledger balance.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the company or instructed by your manager.About You :Experience in SAP is preferred but not essential.Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables).
Proactive and results-oriented.Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit, managing large client accounts with a high level of collections.What's in it for you?
