Airport Retail Enterprises continues to grow at a rapid rate, with our venues, cafes and restaurants expanding in new locations across Melbourne Airport, as a result, we are searching for amazing talent to join our team.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our team as BURGER ROOM - **Crew Members at Hungry Jack's**, located in our Melbourne International - Terminal 2 venue. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, including constructing burgers, fried food, using equipment, fryers & grills. Chopping food items, preparation of food areas, general housekeeping and cleaning.

We currently have **Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual hours** available.
- **Must be able to work anywhere between the hours of: 4am - 2pm, 10am - 5pm, 11am - 6pm, 2pm - 10pm and/or 8pm - 3am (with availability on both weekdays & weekends)**:

- **Flexibility across ALL shift times is highly regarded We will be mindful to put you on a rotating roster, so you have work/life balance.**
- Casual rates from $29 p/h, to $68 p/h* refer to the current Fast Food Industry Award

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience within a fast-paced food & beverage retailer is highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare light snacks as required is highly regarded
- Experience in cash handling and POS operation is highly regarded
- Ability to wash up and clear tales to keep the restaurant up to presentation standards
- Demonstrated reliability & eagerness to learn
- Understanding of OHS & Food Safety policies is ideal
