With roots as a steel stud roll former, today Studco innovatively designs, develops, and produces concealed ceiling and steel stud systems, architectural finishing systems, and sound isolation systems for the construction and building industry.

Over the last 30 years, Studco has developed numerous leading-edge, patented building systems that have revolutionized the industry.

We are currently looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Associate to join the Perth arm of our global business.

Key _**_Accountability_**
- Ensure the safety of themselves and others at all times
- Adhere to Studco policies and procedures
- Be accountable, collaborate and engage with all departments
- Working in a positive manner at all times
- Loading and Unloading of all types of trucks and containers
- Order picking and packing (manual and forklift equipment)
- Accuracy of order picking and fulfillment
- Checking and ensuring loads and packed orders are safe and secure
- Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Assist in training and further development of new staff
- General house keeping

- Zero Loss Time Injuries
- Contribute to a Delivery In Full and On Time of greater than 97%
- 100% Picking and Packing Accuracy

**_ Key Selection Criteria_**
- LF Forklift License (essential)
- Experience working within a fast-paced, warehouse environment
- High accuracy to attention to detail
- Able to work well under fast moving and high pressure environment
- Constructive verbal and written communication skills
- Keen sense of safety
