Managing the training and professional development of staff to ensure a high level of case management and service delivery.
Ensuring you have contemporary knowledge and skills in the management of staff, including coaching, mentoring, human resources and legislative/industrial requirements.
Manage and oversight the budget and financial requirements of the District Office.
Working with administrative support staff to ensure the on-going effectiveness and suitability of facilities.
Oversee case management activities and practices within a risk management
framework.
Building and maintain partnerships with stakeholders including internal to the department, and external government and non-government organisations.
Ensure appropriate sharing of information in accordance with legislation and departmental procedures to effectively contribute to community safety.
The District Manager is a member of the Brisbane Region leadership team and is required to work in conjunction with the Regional Manager to ensure a high level of service delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Region.
