The Star Sydney is hiring We are seeking for an **Executive Assistant** to support two GMs of Food & Beverage and Hotel, Events and Guest experience.

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to provide efficient and effective administrative support and coordination, ensuring the ways of working are optimised by working closely with leadership, making a difference, and collaborating with the team.

For your role to make a difference, you will be well organised, flexible, thorough, and self-motivated, can work with mínimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate continuous attention to detail.

**In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of assignments which include**:

- Coordinate and facilitate meetings inclusive of creating agendas, documenting minutes, distributing of minutes and following up actions
- Collect data and compile adhoc and monthly reports for key stakeholders
- Complete credit card expense processing, process invoices and raising of purchase requisitions as well as assist with all other accounting matters including approvals
- Prepare and complete all travel arrangements for the management team as required
- Administratively assist with department project working groups and internal events as required
- Assist with the onboarding and training of leadership roles in the department
- Use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling information administered by the Management team.

**To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience**:

- Knowledge and experience in Hospitality or F&B operations industry ideal
- Strong MS Office skills; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to pick up a task or project and manage the process to completion
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task
- Working with mínimal supervision
- Experience in administration with operations background is essential
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong analytical and communication skills
