I'm currently on the lookout for a talented sushi maker to join our team at Sushi Train St Peters. This is a part-time role located at The Avenues Shopping Centre, Shop 19A/106 Nelson St, Stepney SA.

As a sushi maker, you'll be responsible for preparing and assembling delicious and high-quality sushi for our customers to enjoy. We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing sushi rice and ingredients
- Rolling sushi rolls and cutting them into bite-sized pieces
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a sushi chef or sushi maker preferred
- Knowledge of sushi making techniques and Japanese ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
