Job Overview
We're seeking an accomplished Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead data structure and data flow design for high-profile clients.
Guide development teams in implementing best practices for Salesforce solutions.
Ensure projects utilize Salesforce technical capabilities to address business challenges.
Engage in pre-sales activities, presenting or demonstrating solutions to customers.
Collaborate with client technical teams to understand architecture outside of Salesforce and required integrations.
Share expertise to guide clients in best practices and achieve their goals.
Communicate and present ideas to drive outcomes meeting client requirements.
Work alongside talented technical Salesforce leaders, providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
Deep technical knowledge in multiple Salesforce clouds (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud) and strong integration design skills (LWC, Apex).
Experience as a Technical Architect in a transformation program.
Proven experience managing development teams, onshore and offshore.
Demonstrated understanding of client business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions.
Practitioner-depth knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware, point-to-point, ETL.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations.
DevOps experience, including use of DevOps tools (git).
Candidate should be on the journey to becoming a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
