White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.We're searching for a Creative Coordinator who's obsessed with fashion and creating scroll-stopping content.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be styling looks, planning shoots, capturing feed-worthy content, and making sure our brand shows up in the most relevant, trend-driven way possible.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end production of in-house content shoots, from concept through to executionDevelop and present on-brand creative concepts for weekly in-house content shootsPlan and execute fresh, on-trend styling for content shoots, elevating product presentation and ensuring looks are always on-brandOversee and execute post-production workflow, including image management, editing, and asset deliveryCollaborate with the graphics team to produce on-brand, social-first assets for product launches, ensuring visuals align with the wider creative visionSelect and hand over high-performing content to relevant teams weekly, ensuring assets are launch-ready and drive engagementBrainstorm, pitch, and deliver creative shoot ideas/ assets to boost social engagement, grow awareness, and push the brand forwardStay ahead of social and cultural trends, ensuring creative output resonates with the brand's audience and stands out in the market2+ years' experience in a creative content role within the fashion industryProven experience with content creationHighly social-savvy, with a natural eye for trends and aestheticsStrong skills in iPhone / digi-cam photography and videography, able to capture feed-worthy content on the goProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop + Lightroom)Strong styling ability with a keen understanding of what drives customer engagementExperience in content creation apps/software with the ability to edit and optimise for multiple platformsHighly organised, with the ability to work creatively under pressure and manage multiple projects at onceA collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and translate brand vision into creative executionAmazing offices including an onsite gymAn office kitchen stocked with plenty of treatsRegular onsite pilatesGenerous monthly clothing allowance + ongoing discountsFun events throughout the yearFull Access to our in office White Fox Active GymWorking with one of Australia's fastest growing fashion companies
