Director of Payroll Tax Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of payroll remediation projects. This includes identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and implementing corrective actions to resolve payroll issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage payroll remediation projects from inception to completion.
Conduct thorough payroll audits to identify discrepancies and non-compliance issues.
Develop and implement remediation plans to address payroll discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Australian payroll laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on payroll remediation.
In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
