Specialised OSHC Service searching for magical unicorns to sprinkle their wisdom and knowledge upon all in our care.

Are you passionate about working in the Early Years sector, yet exhausted from the day to day pressures of your traditional ECEC or OSHC service? Are you looking for a place to come to work, build relationships and support children and families with their goals and aspirations? This could be an opportunity not to be missed
- Minimum Diploma Children's Services (working toward would be considered), or ACECQA equivalent.
- Compassion and respect for people of all abilities.
- Professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong team and professional ethics.
- An understanding of the issues that affect children and their families.
- Strong and respectful communication skills, to be able to lead.
- Strong interpersonal skills - being able to build relationship with parents and community members
- Willingness to be flexible, responsive, and accommodating in meeting the needs of children and families.
- Availability to work on site during term time and Vacation Care;
- Experience working in a team
- LOVE a challenge;
- Thrive on working outside of the box;

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $28.00 - $36.46 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
