What you'll do- Governance: establish and maintain governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance and delivery of change initiatives, and that aligns with organisational practice- Schedule management: prepare and maintain schedules for activities and events for change initiatives, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements- Budgeting and cost control: forecast and supervise actual costs against budgets, ensuring appropriate project financial controls are maintained, and identifying and resolving challenges, bringing up where needed- Leadership: empower and encourage others to deliver successful change initiatives, mentor PMO Administrators- Innovation: drive continuous improvement in processes and controls across Global OTT Technology, Global OTT Product and Finance- Partner management and communications: taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests- Risk and issue management: identify and supervise risks, to plan and implement responses to those risks, and respond to other issues that affect the change initiative

What you'll bring- Experienced PMO Analyst with experience of finance processes.- Natural leader, adept at solving problems working effectively with different collaborators. You will have experience influencing up to Director Level and be comfortable doing so- You'll have a good understanding of how projects are delivered optimally, preferably in the media/telecommunications industry and have experience in directly leading projects- You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities- Highly organised and have the drive and ability to bring order and structure to the projects' environment.- You'll demonstrate quality and attention to detail in everything you do- 'Can do' demeanour, will lead by example, and be prepared to go above and beyond when needed

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
