**Could you be the next Warehouse Manager?**
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to run our Warehouse in Archerfield. This role will be responsible for management of 10+ staff. Suited to someone with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role working in furniture of bulky goods.

**Your role**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimise and coordinate full order cycle - scheduling (local) of import shipping containers to end client delivery/installation.
- People - Leadership & team building & mentoring, while building a collaborative and engaged culture.
- Develop genuine relationships other Distribution Centres, freight forwarders, retail showrooms & inter-company departments
- Keep track of product quality, stock levels, DIFOT, transport costs and operational efficiency
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and SLA targets.
- Implement/maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Development of KPI's, SLA's and continuous Improvement initiatives
- WH&S - Compliance and Development of Coco Republic workplace health, safety, and behavioural guidelines
- Client experience - white glove delivery/installation experience

**About you**
- 5+ years' experience in logistic management role/s.
- Extensive knowledge in a professional supply chain and logistics operation
- Demonstrated history of business improvement.
- Management of 30+ people operating over multiple shifts.
- Metric driven/planning/results driven
