As a Safety Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting site safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in the maintenance of a safe working environment for all team members. Your contribution will be key to the smooth operation of daily activities and the prevention of workplace incidents.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of safety measures on-site.
- Providing support to the safety team in identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the site to uphold safety standards.
- Supporting the movement and handling of materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Acting as a positive ambassador for workplace safety culture within the team.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum of Cert 4 in Work Health & Safety or related fields.
- Ability to manage employees and subcontractors with a safety-first approach.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
