Redcape Hospitality is on the look out for passionate, experienced, people-centric hospitality professionals to join the Commercial Hotel Redbank team as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's food & beverage operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business beverage related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
- Possessing a current/valid RSA & RSG is essential

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- RSA/RSG (preferred)
