**About the Park**

Enjoy a relaxed, seaside stay at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Inverloch Only 90 minutes' drive from Melbourne's CBD, this serene destination offers an array of accommodation options including everything from cabins and luxury villas to caravan sites and campsites, surrounded by some of Victoria's most beautiful seaside scenery only a short walk away.

This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week.

**About the Role**

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff. You will communicate all requirements effectively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure operational requirements of the park are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Park Manager with Housekeeping staff roster
- Providing direction and training to Housekeeping staff
- Cleaning cabins, ensuite blocks and amenity areas to a high standard for our guests
- Replacing linen, towels and toiletries
- Keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our guests
- Driving the Housekeeping team to deliver first class cleaning standards within a desirable time

**About You**
- Experience in a team leader role
- Practical experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well organised and a strong eye for detail
