**Your new role**

As an internal communications officer your responsibilities will include:

- Promoting key internal initiatives to the organisation through a range of channels, including intranet, digital screens, EDMs and other digital channels.
- Internal communications involving writing up information into easy to understand and engaging communications.
- Meet with internal departments to assist with their internal communication needs.
- Interviewing staff for staff and team profiles
- Creating internal e-newsletters

Your new contract will start ASAP for an initial 3-month period. You will be based in Lilydale and have a hybrid working environment. You will work from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and be paid $37.64 + Super.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia or a similar field, or some relevant experience in one of these fields
- Basic understanding of HTML (5) and CSS
- Up to date with current trends within social media, and an ability to optimise the organisations social media engagement
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and web content management systems
