Tiny Dreamers childcare is seeking an experienced Diploma Educator to join our vibrant early learning centre in Glenorie, NSW. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

**What you'll be doing**
- Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs
- Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's learning, wellbeing and development
- Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Documenting children's progress and learning through observations, portfolios and other assessment tools
- Collaborating with the educational team to continuously improve the quality of our service
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children by adhering to all policies and regulations

**What we're looking for**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as an educator in an early learning or childcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children and families
- Passion for supporting children's holistic development and wellbeing
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team environment
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certificates
- Working with Children Check

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
