Customer Engagement Product Owner

Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce & Customer Engagement Product Owner to join our Sydney team. You will be essential in helping us deliver a better customer experience, better manage customer relationships and outcomes, and get better insight about our customer by moving us from the Salesforce we have, to the Salesforce we need. You will also ensure Mirvac's IIP business has best in class customer experience, engagement and outcomes by adoption of a best-in-class Salesforce platform with accurate data that drives insight.

This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract

Your responsibilities are but no limited to;
Establish relationships with our people who interact with customers to understand business and customer desired outcomes
Define the target state and prioritised roadmap of business outcomes enabled by the Salesforce platform, defining the measurable return on investment
Where required, develop and gain support for business case for the program
Use human-centred design techniques to iteratively design for the right business outcome and supporting technology and process
Define and document customer journeys and processes aligned to desired outcomes
Document business requirements as user stories
Define change management strategy that delivers measurable and sustainable business change
Employ sophisticated strategies to enable, efficient business-led change such as co-design, seeking and fostering advocates, leader-led change, gamification
Manage stakeholders throughout all level of the organisation
Management of vendors, suppliers, consultants and/or teams
Influence technology team to align to your strategy and prioritise highly impactful initiatives first
Engage technology team to create end-to-end automated customer data flows between Salesforce and other systems
Collaborate with data analysts to drive assessment and improvement initiatives in data quality
Develop strategies to drive and oversee the uplift of data within our Salesforce platform by the business\
Develop effective data quality measurement and controls

Your point of difference

Tertiary qualification in Business, Customer, Project Management, Data or equivalent is desirable
5 years' experience in business focused customer relationship management role (specifically Salesforce)
Demonstrated transformation and innovation experience
Demonstrated experience of project delivery that has involved collaboration with technology/BI/data teams
Human-centred design, customer experience design and/or change management
Strong facilitation and requirements-gathering skills
Good communication skills, to sell the art of the possible
Ability to use data and insight to support your point of view
