**What You'll Do**

As part of our Bro-Team, you will:

- Greet customers with warmth and energy, take orders, and help them choose menu items
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, juices, coffees, toasties and other menu items following recipes & food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house (service counter, dining area) and back-of-house (kitchen, prep areas)
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash, POS systems, online orders & takeaway packaging accurately
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and help with product rotation
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver efficient service during peak times
- Assist in opening/closing duties as needed

**What We're Looking For**
- A positive, friendly attitude—someone who enjoys interacting with people and being part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
- Flexibility with hours (weekends, early mornings/late afternoons)
- Basic food handling / barista experience is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided
- A strong commitment to quality, presentation and customer satisfaction

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $36.08 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
