**The opportunity to join our team**

As a Consumer Writer, you are responsible for creating all content aimed at consumers (members) across our brands. They shape the tone and feel of our brands through written communication, ensuring that when a brand's message resonates well, it drives higher engagement from our members. customerandadvice

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the broader marketing team to create content that is engaging, relevant and aligned to strategic outcomes
- Elevating the way our brands feel in their lived experience by our members

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in content, social, and advertising copywriting, ideally within an agency setting.
- Fast, accurate, flexible, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of various channels, audiences, and formats to create effective copy across earned, owned, and paid media.
- Knowledge of financial services and core target audiences.
- Self-manages workload and expectations, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders while maintaining a fun, engaging approach.
