**Your part in The Wesley Hospital team**
- Joining our Wesley Hospital Breast Clinic Team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient care and customer service.- Duties and responsibilities will include;- Reception and customer service
- Processing patient admissions, registrations and accounts
- Processing Medicare claims and obtaining payments
- Supporting the supervisor in the collection of debt, localisation billing and records management
- Ensuring accurate and timely rostering for all Breast Clinic staff and assisting with organising leave cover for these areas
- Answering telephone enquiries, making and confirming appointment bookings
- Assisting with ongoing training of staff in these areas
- Shifts range between 6.30am - 6.30pm**What makes a difference for us?**
