Looking for a Service Technician in the Toowoomba Region

Hays has partnered with a family-owned local business, that has been servicing the local community for 8 years in Wastewater Services. They are a very close-knit team with a great community, that helps every employee in any way possible.

**Your new role**

Working as the Service Technician you'll join the existing team conducting routine government mandated service inspections on residential customers wastewater tanks. Our client services customers across the Toowoomba Region boasting a portfolio north of 1800 individuals. Your service will consist of routine tasks including, checking that the filter is clean, checking all pumps, putting in chlorine tablets, etc. You will also respond to any emergency call-outs as directed by the office. Occasionally, there will be some working away from home required - this is requirement of the job, however all expenses are taken care of and working away from home allowance applies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- QBCC Licence to service (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic IT proficiency
