**Who are we?**

Part of Robert Plumb Collective, Captive Cabinetmaking is a premium custom cabinetry business experienced in all types of bespoke joinery for residential spaces. We provide all types of joinery from simple solutions to more highly articulated interior designer-led treatments. Working directly with interior designers and architects, we are always keen to integrate new materials and develop interesting details.

Located in Botany, our project locations spread across metropolitan Sydney, including the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs

**Who are we looking for?**

With a steady and ongoing pipeline of projects we are looking to expand our team with an experienced Microvellum Draftsperson on a full-time. With a passion for joinery and cabinetry, you will be keen to learn new systems and processes, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy the creative side of technical drawing through to production. In this role, you will be exposed to premium architectural design projects, and be part of a well known team of experts.

**About you...**
- Microvellum experience essential.
- Ideally 3 - 4 years in the industry.
- Background in cabinet making is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage all stakeholders, including building strong relationships with the team, external parties and clients.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Solution based problem solving.
- Solid understanding of architectural plans, cabinet making and residential construction ideal.
- Organised with excellent time management skills.
