Brightstar Nursing Australia is looking for **Assistant in Nurse - Medicated Nurse **to work in Central New South Wales, Australia.

**Duties**
- Medication administration.
- Monitor, assess, record and report symptoms or changes in patient's situation.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist patients with daily living such as meals, mobility and hygiene.
- Wound care and management.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plan.
- Great communication skills, customer service & resident relation skills
- Ability to work well independently and autonomously.
- Commitment and Passion to quality patient care

**What you will need**:

- Current Medication Competency Record
- Certificate IV in Individual Support or relevant qualification
- Working rights in Australia
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Complete Immunisation history

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $42.00 - $84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 55 per week
