We have the experience, expertise, product range and passion to support your health and wellness needs. We are quite passionate to improve our customer's health and wellness needs by providing health advice and well branded health food products.

**Experience & Skills Required**:
We are looking for a dedicated & motivated individual on a casual part time basis who:

- Is passionate and has background in the natural health and wellness industry i.e. naturopath/nutritionist or with a similar background/experience in a retail environment
- Has knowledge & experience in natural vitamins, minerals, herbs, protein etc.
- Has experience in raw foods, nutrition, diet etc.
- Can understand customer's health problems and provide appropriate health advice and suggest natural & organic products that improves customers health & wellbeing
- Has an excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
- Very friendly and can build rapport quickly with the customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming & guiding the customers to the product they need
- Answering customer's health questions/issues in store or over the phone
- Provide appropriate health advice and suggest products that can improve customer's health and wellbeing
- Processing over the counter and online sales
- Till reconciliation at the end of the day
- Accepting deliveries, arrange products on the shelves, check product expiry regularly etc.
- Organising products on shelves and restocking products etc.
- Answering phone calls, voice messages, follow up call with the customer
- Any other work task that is relevant in the health food store
