The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Distribution Centre, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the induction of all new Team Members according to both City and Coles requirements.
Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.
Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment, and machinery by all team members.
Develop strong working relationships and foster a positive team environment.
Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management, ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
Current driver's license and vehicle (desirable).
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
