**Job Description**:
The **Radio Partnerships Manager** is responsible for the development, negotiation and delivery of market leading client solutions within their allocated content portfolio. You will be responsible for working with programming and production to support the sales team in the market to drive commercial outcomes.

You will build and maintain amazing relationships with a diverse range of internal teams including sales, programming, and other support functions such as trade marketing, research and insights and external partners - production companies, clients and agencies

**Day to day you will**:

- Work closely with our content teams & talent build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Produce compelling go to market collateral and be responsible for the timely communication of opportunities to the sales teams
- Develop bespoke content integrated campaigns in response to client briefs to drive premium revenue across both channel only and multi-platform solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch commercial opportunities to clients and agencies & manage the pipeline of commercial opportunities to deliver the best outcomes
- Deliver seamless implementation across your content portfolio for your clients and programming / production partners
- Be the lead on your designated portfolio, provide content integration specialist support and knowledge to sales teams

You will have complete ownership over your content portfolio and drive innovation and new
ways of thinking.

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You'll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly. You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.

**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Previous Radio experience (essential)
- Strategic thinker who can get things done and has excellent planning skills
- Proven experience negotiating with content creators, sales people, clients or agencies (ideally gained from working for media owners)
- A leader with strong interpersonal & negotiating skills
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility
