The position focuses on leadership in a fast-paced footwear retail environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping lead a team across top brands such as Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more.
Compensation
Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, utilizing our advanced MyFit 3D technology.
Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
Support daily store operations, maintaining store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
Champion training, development, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior retail role (e.g., Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor, or 3IC) in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
