Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join Charles Brownlow Retirement Village as a Personal Care Worker.
We have two Part Time, Fixed Term roles available working:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 14:45-22:00 - Contract commences 15/9/2025 until 15/01/2026
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 22:00-07:00 - Available Now - Contract ends 01/03/2026

Responsibilities
Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
Kindness in your DNA
Strong empathy
Outstanding communication skills
A reliable, friendly and professional style
