Sporty's Warehouse is a Gold Coast Based Sporting Retail business looking for someone to work casually (12-24 hours per week) as a Social Media Marketer.
The role is extremely flexible and can work with your lifestyle.

We are predominately looking to achieve the goal of growing our brand, increasing local store traffic and website traffic using Social Media channels and aiming to achieve very good ROI for Social Media advertising, using segmentation and measurement to target our specific customer base.

**Experience with the following is essential;**

1. E-Commerce sales
2. Facebook Advertising/Posting and Facebook Business Suite ad creation and segmentation
3. Instagram advertising and content posting

4. Marketing Calendar Management

5. Website content maintenance

**The Successful Applicant Must Be Able To**:
1. Plan and Execute Monthly, Daily and Weekly promotions

2. Measure success of all campaigns and refine segmentation to measure ROI

3. Liaise with Graphic Designer for EDM marketing campaigns

4. Liaise with Department Managers regularly to source and plan promotions from all areas of the store and create structure to streamline this process

5. Help to promote sale days and events for seasonal items, sales and busy periods

6. Source, Create and Schedule engaging content using Canva or Photoshop

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
