Responsibilities:Assist develop and execute marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility and foster customer engagement.Coordinate online & offline marketing activities and events with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Support Distribution and Retail partners in marketing our brand and products.Track, evaluate and report on marketing campaign performance.Support sales and operations on related administrative duties.Work with different HQ departments on various tasks to ensure local operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.2-3 years of marketing experience in solar/renewable energy sector a big plus.A quick learner and a team player with excellent communication skills.Able to adapt changing priorities and can work under pressure.Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and outcome driven.Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.Willingness to travel as required.
