We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
to join our team at our
Erskine Park service
. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs while working closely with the Centre Director to help our service continue striving for Exceeding .
About the Role
Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
and
National Quality Standards (NQS)
Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity and growth
Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
Collaborate with and mentor fellow educators to ensure practice is consistent with the EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
Support the Centre Director in achieving excellence across all areas of the service
About You
ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
Current
Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with experience implementing high-quality programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using technology for programming and documentation
Current approved
First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
