About this Role:
We're looking for a creative, aspiring and hands on Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years' experience in wholesale marketing.
In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimise marketing initiatives that connect with our retail customers and drive sales. You'll get hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities from managing our EDM communication program and crafting engaging social and website content, to coordinating photoshoots and supporting trade events. You'll also help execute our annual marketing calendar and work on partnerships that elevate our brand's presence in the wholesale market.
You'll ensure our products are presented in the best possible way, both online and in-market, through high-quality imagery, compelling product descriptions, and consistent brand messaging.
Specifically you'll be responsible for:
Marketing & Campaigns
– Take the lead on our wholesale EDM program, crafting impactful onboarding sequences (welcome emails, first order follow-ups, 6-week check-ins, payment reminders) alongside seasonal campaigns and product updates. Bring our annual marketing calendar to life and roll out exciting initiatives across email, website, social, trade events, and in-store materials. Champion trade marketing activities such as promotions, catalogue campaigns, and standout event activations.
Content & Creative
– Create scroll-stopping social media content and keep our website fresh, accurate, and commercially irresistible. Coordinate photoshoots to capture inspiring product and lifestyle imagery and ensure our products shine across every channel with compelling copy, visuals, and merchandising. Produce high-impact trade marketing assets – from flyers to signage – that give our customers the tools to sell.
Brand & Market Insights
– Build and manage partnerships that elevate our brand, from industry collaborations to marketing opportunities with key networks. Uphold our showroom and make sure our products on show are always up to date and on trend. Keep your finger on the pulse with competitor and market research, uncovering trends and opportunities that set us apart.
Sales Collaboration & Events
– Partner with our sales team to align marketing with commercial goals, generating leads and supporting sales success. Be hands-on in delivering trade fairs, showroom activations, and customer events – from big-picture planning to flawless on-the-day execution.
Team & Contractor Management
– Work closely with our friendly internal teams and trusted external creative partners to bring campaigns to life. Keep communication flowing, relationships strong, and deliverables on point – every time

About You
2–3 years' experience in wholesale marketing, ideally in retail, garden, homewares, or lifestyle products.
Proven track record in managing EDM programs and marketing calendar execution.
Skilled in social media content creation, email marketing, and website content management.
Experience in coordinating events, photoshoots, and producing high-quality marketing assets.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create marketing materials.
Confident with customer segmentation and tailoring communications for different audiences.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
