**Job Description**:

- About the role
- To provide a catering service to x13 front of house meeting rooms (split over 2 floors) at Brookfield's headquarters i.e. Brookfield Place - 10 Carrington Street Sydney.
- The role provides a service to staff and Brookfields external clients for events during business hours and after-hours onsite at Brookfield Place some of which include but are not limited to: Boardroom meetings, Formal Lunches, Onsite staff training events, Staff drinks and external events held throughout the year for Brookfield affiliated partners.
- Responsible for:

- Deliver a professional workplace catering service to Brookfield clients, management, and staff.
- Service x13 front of house meeting rooms with tea, coffee, and water.
- Rooms to be set up with water and cleared prior to the next meeting.
- Accommodate ad-hoc after-business hours events on site. i.e., setup spaces, order catering, waiter services
- About you
- 5 years' experience preferred with Corporate Clients.
- Excellent coffee & tea making abilities.
- Service of meeting room and boardrooms.
- Meeting rooms to be always kept clean and tidy.
- Waiting/Waitressing
- Demonstrated flexibility and can cope with change and demanding situations.
- Replenish meeting rooms with fresh water (still and sparkling) for every new meeting.
- Understanding of WHSE policies
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Displays drive, passion and focus on service excellence.
- Listens and can share knowledge with others.
- Plans for staff events and meeting room requirements.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Ethical, open, honest, and fair.
- Active participation in team meetings.
- Maintain good working relationships with staff and team providing prompt and professional responses to all enquiries.
- Personable, attentive and customer focused.
- Attention to detail.
- An ability to read x13 front of house meeting room calendars.
- Makes good judgement calls when it comes to understanding which room to serve first if multiple meetings are held at the same time.
- Qualifications- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)-
