The Role:
As the Store Manager, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, influencing team performance and client experiences daily. You'll manage the day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure accountability for achieving strong results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Experience in the hair industry is not required, but retail leadership experience is highly valued.

A Typical Day:
As the Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, working alongside your team on the floor—not tucked away in an office. You'll set the standard for excellence, be the go-to resource for your team, and ensure that both the big picture and daily deliverables are met. You'll know our brands and customers inside out, ensuring that your team hits targets, the atmosphere remains welcoming, and the store is always in top shape with satisfied customers and happy staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a supportive team environment that encourages business growth and individual development
- Maintain consistent retail and salon standards
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for continuous financial growth
- Lead by example, offering training and development opportunities for all team members
- Collaborate with the VM/ordering manager to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability
