**About the role**

We're looking for a Safety Systems & Governance Advisor who is passionate about helping customers win. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues. The role also is tasked with process improvement and efficiency to ensure we are maximising the value of our data.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the development and completion S&S Improvement Plans to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards and external legislation.
- Collaborate and participate in site management team meetings.
- Actively work with all members of the DuluxGroup S&S Network to drive efficient use of limited resources through continuous improvement of common systems and sharing of resources and learning's.
- Participate in S&S training and competency development programs and lead the sites with compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures.

**Skills & Experience**

You'll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations. Other key skills and experience include:

- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Expertise in PowerBI and Excel for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Skilled in data analytics, including populating, interpreting, providing insights, and incorporating data into systems.
- Proficient in system governance, covering legislative compliance, data analysis, and overall system management.
- Ability to work independently, establish personal priorities, and set individual goals.
