About the Role
We are seeking a Reliability Electrician to support the Tip Top Springwood Reliability Team.
Reporting to the Reliability Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to electrical breakdowns and perform fault finding in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Service and maintain machinery according to schedules and work orders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards.
Collaborate with production and reliability teams to resolve plant issues.
Support contractor management and safety protocols.
Participate in audits and maintain high product quality.
Ensure machinery operates correctly to minimize downtime, including reactive and preventative maintenance.
Candidate Requirements
Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Working at Heights licence; EWP desirable.
Experience with MEX CMMS advantageous.
Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
