**About the Role**

Nextt Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Female** **Support Worker** to join our team in **Lake Haven** delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients with **spinal cord injuries**. We're looking for reliable individuals who are confident with personal and complex care, and who are passionate about supporting people to live independently and with dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal care
- Bowel care
- Catheter care
- Hoist transfers
- Meal preparation
- Community access and social inclusion
- Sleepover and overnight support
- Accurate documentation and following individual care plans

**Shifts Available (Casual Pool)**:

- **Morning**: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- **Midday**: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM
- **Evening**: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- **Overnight**: 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM + **Sleepover** + 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

**You must be available for one (1) sleepover shift per week.**

**Pay Rates - SCHADS Award E3.1**:

- **Base rate (Mon-Fri)**: $35.15/hr
- **Afternoon shift (ends 8pm-midnight)**: $38.67/hr
- **Active night shift (before 6am or ends after midnight)**: $39.37/hr
- **Saturday**: $49.21/hr
- **Sunday**: $63.27/hr
- **Public Holiday**: $77.33/hr

**Required Certificates and Licences**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** (Current)
- **Working with Children Check** (Current)
- **Australian Driver's Licence**:

- **Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance** (for use of personal vehicle)
- **NDIS Orientation Module - "Quality, Safety and You"**:

- **First Aid & CPR** (Current)
