**Your Role**
- Address sales and service inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Process customer orders efficiently and maintain meticulous records.

- Experience in B2B customer service and sales administration.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach.
- A willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
