About your role:As an Emergency Physiotherapy Practitioner - Advanced Clinical, you will provide specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapy services within emergency and primary care settings across the Bayside Health Service.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver advanced specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy independently within emergency and primary care.
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and education to physiotherapy staff and students.
Lead the development and implementation of clinical protocols, service models, and innovative care approaches.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes and smooth service delivery.
About you:
You are a highly skilled physiotherapist with advanced clinical expertise in emergency and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
You thrive in dynamic healthcare environments, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Skills & Qualifications: Registered Physiotherapist with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Significant expertise and post-graduate qualifications or memberships in musculoskeletal, sports, or emergency physiotherapy.
Proven ability to provide specialist clinical services and lead clinical teams.
Availability for after-hours service on weekends, public holidays and evenings as well as travel throughout Bayside Health Service locations.
