**How will I Help?**
The Head of Payment Services will lead GTS payments servicing for our WIB and CBB client base. The role is expected to work closely with Technology, Operations and Distribution stakeholders leading the payments run function primarily based on payment product ownership, service ownership and end-to-end product governance, including value chain responsibilities.
In this role you will lead and review end-to-end offering by GTS Payments including current channels engagement on C2C, C2B, B2B payments and drive & execute payment product deliverables & implement strategies to significantly uplift customer satisfaction, growth, retention, and diversification. You will also, support and provide insights to the payments capability teams (the build team within product & projects) based on review of customer requirements, competition, incidents, and deficiencies in the current technology or operational environment.
Other Accountabilities Include:
- Lead the Payment Services function, focus on the run and maintain of payment products. Primarily domestic & International payments and gradually improve the mode to bring other payment services.
- Represent product value chain interests in development and delivery of a comprehensive payment solutions through the product build in projects.
- Lead Payment services distribution to the WIB and CBB customer segments, including sales engagement with WIB & CBB.
- Establish processes and procedures to deal with the payment incidents including resolution of incidents for customers on a timely manner.
- Lead and liaise with multiple partners for optimal delivery of payment products & manage communication and supporting execution of optimal model with focus on efficiency.
- Industry representation & Market intelligence - Detailed understanding of financial drivers and market conditions impacting product and the ability to plan/ make recommendations to manage threats or create opportunities.
- Risk Management - Work with internal stakeholders to assess risks pertaining to the product and actively seek to reduce risk for the business, including addressing key risk areas and issues/incidents.
- Actively engage with Technology, Operations and Client Service to ensure required levels of service are the payment services.

Knowledge and Experience
- MBA/Graduate or postgraduate in economics, finance or business-related degree.
- 10-15 years minimum practical experience in payments/product management/client service/partnerships management.
- Successful experience in developing product roadmaps, strategies and customer value propositions.
- Pulls together a strong fact base to make key decisions - Drawing on financial, customer and market data points.
- Solid understanding of product/processes and the regulations affecting these products
- Strong understanding of product economics.
- Proven ability to conduct opportunity analysis.
- Extensive stakeholder engagement.
